How to use

Measure your dog's back length and chest, and choose a size using the guide below.
Step your dog's front legs into the suit, then the back legs.
Fasten the poppers down the front and settle the hood.
If your dog wears a harness, pass the clip through the lead opening on the back and attach your lead.
After your walk, wipe off any mud and hang the coat up to dry.

How to Measure Your Dog

To find the perfect ChillyPup fit, grab a soft tape measure and follow the simple steps below:

Neck - A
Measure around the base of your dog’s neck - the point where their collar naturally sits.

Chest - B
Measure the widest part of the chest, just behind the front legs.

Length - C
Measure from the base of the neck (where the collar sits) down the back to the base of the tail.

Make sure the tape measure is snug but not tight, and allow a little room for comfort - especially for fluffy pups!

I bought the ChillyPup Red Light Therapy Pad for my 11-year-old Labrador, Murphy, who has spinal arthritis, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with both the product and the service I’ve received.

Customer service has been excellent from the very beginning, both before I ordered and afterwards. When I recently had an issue with the controller, ChillyPup responded incredibly quickly, helped identify the problem and immediately arranged a replacement, while reassuring me that Murphy could continue using his pad in the meantime.

The pad itself is so easy to use. Murphy has 30 minutes under it every evening and, rather surprisingly, he genuinely seems to enjoy his “blanket time”! He settles down happily and it has become part of our nightly routine.

Bought for alba who is almost 14. Its definitely making a difference to the point of when i put it on my brothers rottie roxy that alba got upset 😅. They have learned to share. I have noticed a difference in her mobility, especially after big days. Think im needing a second for poor roxy ☺️
